NECSER offers subcontracting and support services for underground and surface mining operations. Our services can be organised as a targeted assignment, the provision of personnel, equipment hire with an operator, or an operational contract including supervision and reporting.
The exact scope of the work, production targets, responsibilities and performance indicators are agreed with the client prior to the start of the project.

We support underground mines in their development, loading, haulage and production support activities. Our teams can carry out work on ramps, drifts, crosscuts, ore drives and production areas, in accordance with the client’s procedures and mining plan.

NECSER also provides support for surface operations, covering loading, transport, site preparation, fleet management, maintenance and team reinforcement.

Staff and supervision
NECSER can provide machine operators, mechanics, electricians, welders, supervisors, planners and other technical staff to meet temporary or contract-based requirements.
Candidates are selected on the basis of the required experience, the equipment used, the pace of work and the safety regulations applicable on site.
