Technical support
NECSER supports mining operators and contractors in ensuring the availability and reliability of their equipment. Our services can be carried out in the workshop or on site, whether as a one-off repair, a scheduled assignment or as part of a maintenance contract.
Inspection and diagnosis
Our technicians carry out inspections to assess a machine’s overall condition, identify any visible faults, operational risks and priority actions. The report may include observations, photographs, functional tests and an estimate of the work required.
Maintenance and repairs
NECSER carries out preventive and corrective maintenance on mining equipment. Our interventions are planned based on the machine’s history, the reported fault, the resources available and the level of urgency.
The aim is to restore safe operation whilst minimising the risk of recurrence.
Core samples are handled and transferred in accordance with the procedures agreed with the client’s geological team.
Refurbishment
We can assist with the refurbishment of machinery or components, starting with an initial diagnosis and an approved scope of work. The stages, inspections and tests are documented right through to final acceptance.
This service is offered as a technical service, not as an equipment sales activity.
Commissioning
During commissioning, NECSER checks the main functions, safety systems, levels, the absence of leaks, braking, steering and operational functions. Any observations and outstanding actions are recorded in a checklist signed by the client.
Training
NECSER can provide induction and practical training sessions for operators and maintenance technicians. The content is tailored to the type of equipment, the risks at the site and the participants’ level of experience.
